Mr. Ritik Magiya has been involved with the Duke of Edinburgh's International Award Nepal for over a year, first as a participant and then as a staff member at the National Award Office (NAO). The Award has been a transformative experience for him, as it challenged him to develop new skills, explore new places, serve his community and discover his potential. As a Marketing and project support staff at NAO, he supports the delivery and promotion of the Award across Nepal, working with projects, youth organisations, and volunteers. He has the privilege of supporting and inspiring young people to embark on their own Award journeys and achieve their goals. He also enjoys collaborating with other Award leaders, partners and Award Volunteers to ensure the quality and sustainability of the Award programme. He is passionate about the Award's vision of creating a global community of young people who are confident, resilient and responsible.
