Employability and confidence

World Ready
A globally recognised personal development framework for young people aged 14–24.
The Award in Nepal
The Award is a personal challenge, not a competition. Young people choose activities that match their interests, set goals, receive guidance from trained Award Leaders and build confidence through real experience.
In Nepal, the programme is delivered through Award Centres such as schools, institutions, youth organisations and juvenile homes, making non-formal education more accessible to young people across different backgrounds.
