The Award in Nepal
The Award is a personal challenge, not a competition. Young people choose activities that match their interests, set goals, receive guidance from trained Award Leaders and build confidence through real experience.

Improve health, fitness and wellbeing through a chosen physical activity.
Give time to support people, communities and causes that matter.
Plan, train and complete a team journey that builds resilience and teamwork.
Gold participants complete a shared residential experience away from home to build independence and teamwork.
Bronze · Silver · Gold

14+ · Usually 6 months. The starting point for young people to build confidence through service, skills, physical recreation and an adventurous journey.

15+ · Usually 12 months. A deeper challenge for participants ready to extend commitment, independence and leadership.

16+ · Usually 18 months. The highest level of the Award, combining long-term personal challenge with community impact and leadership.
