Senior Operations and Programme Officer
Ms. Baybina Shrestha joined the Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award Nepal in 2019 as Operations Officer. She was promoted to Senior Operations and Programme Officer in 2022 and has been working as one since then. She is a firm believer of the notion that non-formal education when paired with formal education provides a strong foundation for young people to succeed in life. Despite missing the chance to do the Award programme herself, she has been advocating about the Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award programme, ensuring that every young participant has the opportunity to develop essential life skills, and embark on a journey of self-discovery that will shape their future for years to come.
