The inaugural Adult Volunteer Conference is an opportunity for all the volunteers involved in the Award in Nepal to come together, to learn from experts in their field, and to refuel their motivation for helping the youth of Nepal to achieve great things. This includes Award Leaders, Award Coordinators, Activity Coaches, and Activity Assessors.
We have now closed registrations for the day as we have reached our maximum capacity. We are aiming to stream the event on our Facebook page, so make sure to Like the page and follow along. The Adult Volunteer Conference will return next year and we will do our best to increase capacity so more of you can join us.

The day will be split into two halves – the morning will be a series of speakers followed by a moderated Q&A panel; the afternoon will include simultaneous practical workshops. Each attendee of the conference will experience all the speakers of the morning session but will then choose their own schedule for the afternoon, deciding which three of the six workshops they will attend.
|One||Participant Management||This workshop is intended to provide attendees with tips, tricks, and insights into improving the management of their participants. This could include topics around motivation and engagement, record management, completion rates, etc.||Kapil Bhalla
